• Keeping the record on Hiring
• Close communication with other divisions to learn the needs
• Support for pre-opening preparations

仕事内容

• 採用関係：ジョブフェアーの立案、実施、新卒採用、インターンシップ、障がい者採用
• 採用状況の把握及びレポートの作成提出
• 他部署との円滑なコミュニケーションで採用ニーズの把握
• 開業準備のサポート

QUALIFICATIONS

• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Technologically skilled
• At least 3 years of human resources experience is preferred
• Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Action oriented
