What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Provide honest recommendations and professional solutions on every call
• Mentor and support newer technicians as you grow with the company

What You Need

• 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Trade School certification
• NATE Certification
• ServiceTitan experience
• Light commercial experience
• Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing
