At Silver Key Senior Services, our mission is to help older adults age safely and independently in their homes. As a Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in our community-ensuring clients get safely from their door to medical appointments, grocery stores, and essential services.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport clients to and from medical and personal appointments
• Provide door-through-door service, assisting clients courteously and safely
• Operate lift-equipped vehicles (wheelchair accessible; up to 14 passengers)
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain assigned vehicles and report any issues
• Deliver excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism
• Support and interact positively with volunteers and team members
• Accurately follow schedules and route instructions using mobile technology

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to meet insurability requirements and pass MVR checks
• Ability to pass background checks (including CAPS) and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility devices (up to 300 lbs with equipment)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, respectful approach to working with seniors

Preferred:

• Passenger transportation experience
• Experience working with older adults
• Basic computer/tablet skills
• Experience handling donations or cash

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Combination of driving, indoor, and outdoor work
• Exposure to weather conditions and moderate noise
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and assisting passengers
• Ability to push and maneuver wheelchairs safely

Additional Requirements

• Completion of PASS training within 6 months of hire
• Participation in ongoing training opportunities
• Compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
