From production and sorting to customer interaction and light facilities support, you will be at the center of our service excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate high-volume 2D and 3D print and copy equipment with a focus on quality and efficiency + Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate unresolved technical problems as needed + Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, service requests, and coordinating job completion + Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle billing for services provided + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of completed work + Support various building operations, including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and front desk/reception coverage as needed + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience + Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing setting **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with high-volume copy/print production or similar operations + Basic understanding of electronics or copier equipment repair + Valid driver's license with minimum required auto insurance In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, providing solutions and exceptional service.
