**Adecco is hiring immediately for a Specialist - HRIS (External Workforce) with a local client in St. Louis, MO!** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Contract Type:** Temp (6-7 months, maternity coverage) + **Pay:** $29.86 + **Shift/Hours:** Monday-Friday, standard business hours + **Location:** On-site in St. Louis, MO only + **Work Environment:** Pet-friendly office **As a Specialist - HRIS (External Workforce), you will be responsible for:** + Managing and maintaining SuccessFactors profiles for external workers, ensuring data integrity and alignment with company standards + Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and profile updates + Monitoring and auditing data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies proactively + Generating, analyzing, and presenting workforce reports to support operational and strategic decisions + Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to workforce data **At a minimum, you'll need:** + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience + Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms (preferred) + Experience in a large corporate environment (preferred) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer focus and attention to detail + Advanced organizational skills, including time management and prioritization + Comfort working in Excel for data purposes + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco's National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
