In this role, you will manage payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities: - Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce spanning multiple states. - Ensure payroll accuracy for over 500 employees while adhering to compliance standards. - Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll operations efficiently. - Handle QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for payroll-related financial tasks. - Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation. - Prepare reports and summaries for management review. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration. - Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance. - Support audits and provide documentation as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. - Familiarity with multi-state payroll operations. - Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. - Solid understanding of payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees. - Experience using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
