As a driver in this fleet, you'll be paid an hourly wage as you handle a variety of different types of equipment. Don't have all the different types of experience? No problem! We will provide training to prepare you for assignments that are new to you. This position involves two distinct phases. In fall, winter and spring, this is a local home daily position where you will be moving Van, Refrigerated and Curtainside freight. You'll start and end your day at our Marshfield, Wisconsin Terminal, and you'll be home nearly every night. In summer (approximately June - September), this is a home weekly position where you may travel out of town driving a dump truck. While in the dump truck phase, you'll receive an additional $1/hour premium, a daily meal allowance and a hotel room each night during the work week.
