Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on digital projects to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in UI/UX design and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to support the Digital Portal Team. Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deliver effective digital solutions. - Support the development and enhancement of client-facing digital portals with a focus on UI/UX improvements. - Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process optimization and recommend actionable solutions. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of deliverables. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents and process workflows. - Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively. - Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to support iterative project development. - Conduct AB testing to validate digital solutions and ensure optimal user experiences. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or UI/UX-focused role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements. - Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. - Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in related ceremonies. - Familiarity with AB testing and its application in digital projects. - Knowledge of CRM systems and claim administration processes. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
