Apprentice HVAC Installation Helper

What You'll Do:

• Assist Lead Installers in setting up and completing residential HVAC installations
• Transport, load, and stage HVAC equipment and materials
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and system commissioning
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite before, during, and after installations
• Follow directions carefully and proactively ask questions to accelerate learning
• Document work and job progress accurately in ServiceTitan
• Represent Holt Phillips Services with professionalism at all customer sites

What You Bring:

• A strong work ethic and positive, coachable attitude

• Ability to work safely with tools, ladders, and HVAC equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude (trade school or technical coursework preferred, not required)
• Commitment to delivering excellent workmanship and customer service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
