District Chef needed for school food service program in the Middlesex County, NJ area. Monday through Friday, full time position. Must have experience in operations management. Must have experience in catering and working in a professional kitchen preparing meals for 300 + people. Must be able to perform a Chef test. Culinary, K-12 experience a plus. Creating different menus items while adhering to school food service guideline NSLP. ServSafe® certification a plus.
