The Company: 

ADECs services revolve around one mission: Advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they live lives full of informed choice and possibility. ADEC serves more than 1,200 individuals through a variety of programs, including residential, community employment, day programming, and music/recreational therapy. 

The Position: 

Supported Living Managers directly impact ADECs mission helping individuals to be as independent as possible, to be a part of their community, and to achieve their goals and dreams. They do this by:

  • Coordinating and implementing Person-Centered Individualized Support Plans (PCISP)
  • Hiring, on-boarding and training Direct Support Professionals 
  • Creating and supporting a strong team to ensure quality of services 
  • Managing the safety, sanitation, and maintenance of assigned locations
  • Overseeing and managing health services for individuals serves 
  • Ensuring compliance with ADEC, state and federal requirements

Job Requirements for a Supported Living Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree in related field preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Previous experience with IDD population preferred
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds
  • Ability to work DSP shifts as needed/on-call beeper rotation
  • Valid drivers license
  • Pass background and negative drug test
