Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in complex, high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of quality systems, standards (ISO, AS, FDA, etc.), and continuous improvement tools.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale quality transformations and aligning quality with strategic business goals.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, leadership, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and a customer-first mindset throughout the organization.
