Job Description
Job Title: Interior Architect Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design, particularly in multi-family, healthcare, and hospitality interior design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. The role involves working independently to create comprehensive construction document sets. Responsibilities + Work independently to develop and create detailed construction document sets. + Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to design and draft architectural plans. + Collaborate with the design team on multi-family, healthcare, and corporate interior projects. + Engage in interior design and architectural projects, focusing on healthcare, multi-family, and hospitality sectors. + Produce high-quality designs and construction documents that meet client specifications. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. + Over 10 years of experience in multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospitality interior design. + Ability to create detailed construction document sets. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with SketchUp, millwork, and elevations is a plus. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Work Environment Employees can enjoy a standard 40-hour workweek with no overtime expected. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
