PAY & BENEFITS

This Fitness Studio Manager position comes with a competitive base salary of $38,000 - $40,000/year. With commission, your earning potential reaches up to $55,000/year!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
• 2 years of management experience
• Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices
• Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales
• Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness
