In this role, you'll put the final touches on beautifully crafted, custom-designed store fixtures-transforming them from raw materials into stunning, showroom-ready pieces. If you have an eye for detail, a love for working with your hands, and a passion for quality, this is your opportunity to shine. **1stShift:** Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $23.00/HR. **What You'll Do** + Read and follow **blueprints, work orders, and instructions** to meet product specs. + Prepare a variety of materials ( **wood, metal, plastic, vinyl, paper** ) using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning chemicals. + Mix and apply stains, topcoats, and sealants to achieve the perfect color, shade, and sheen. + Use spray equipment to bring fixtures to life with precise finishes. + Safely stack, unstack, and move parts to prevent damage. + Contribute to a team culture that values **family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment** . **What We're Looking For** + Skilled in using and maintaining **spray equipment, sanding, and grinding tools** . + A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. + **Detail-oriented** and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. + Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed. + Flexibility to travel between multiple PDS locations. + Commitment to workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion. **Education & Experience** + **Required:** High School Diploma or GED. + **Preferred:** 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent hands-on experience. **Why You'll Love Working Here** At PDS Tech, you're not just another employee-you're part of a creative, skilled, and supportive team that takes pride in turning ideas into reality.
