Job Description A client in the Orlando, FL area is looking for a HOA Manager to join their team. This HOA Manager role supports 31 properties and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position oversees a team of four to five accountants and manages key accounting functions, including tangible and property tax payments, audit reviews, balance sheets, reconciliations, and journal entries. On a monthly basis, the manager runs financials from the system, reviews results, and distributes reports to resort General Managers. They can be expected to handle 1,100 reconciliations. The role is heavily accounting-focused, with occasional Saturday work required during quarter-end close periods.
