We are partnering with a respected local governmental agency to identify an Interim Human Resources Director who will serve as a key leader during a critical transition period. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a well-established HR function, support day-to-day operations, and help guide the organization while a permanent leader is identified. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level human resources leadership role, such as HR Director or a comparable position. - Demonstrated background in employee relations, HR administration, and compliance-driven human resources operations. - Working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including the ability to support related HR programs effectively. - Strong understanding of HR policy interpretation and employment practices, ideally within a public sector or government setting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both leadership teams and new employees. - Adaptable leadership style with a willingness to manage both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs. - Ability to step into a transition environment quickly, establish stability, and deliver immediate value in a Contract assignment.
