Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Small Business Administrator to support a large engineering client in Colorado Springs, CO. This individual will support all business groups in ensuring compliance with applicable Small Business Program requirements and project compliance responsibilities under the direction and training of the National Small Business Program Manager. This position performs a broad range of administrative, data analysis and report preparation, compliance, outreach, and documentation duties in support of small business subcontracting goals on proposals and contract compliance for active/awarded projects. The Small Business Administrator will work closely with FSG Subcontracts, FSG Contracts, and Contract Managers/Project Managers to assist with project compliance requirements, reporting responsibilities, maintain accurate records, support Good Faith Efforts, assist with finding vendors, and promote meaningful small business participation in accordance with federal, state, city, and county program requirements. Responsibilities: - Generates federal and nonfederal data and prepares reports to be reviewed by CMs/PMs and submitted to clients. - Supports federal and nonfederal report submittals to clients. - Supports subcontracting plan development. - Performs periodic audits on business classification of suppliers, and sourcing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the Small Business Program. - Reviews small business profiles received from Client's online Supplier Registration, conducts verification, and maintains Client's vendor database. - Coordinates with the Subcontract Administrators related to supplier Representation and Certifications and other supplier related information. - Coordinates with Contract Administrators related to new awards, modifications, contract completion, and other contract related information. - Maintains the Small Business Program contract files and records on the Small Business Program SharePoint site. - Provides market research support to identify small and socioeconomic business concerns. - Prepares company subcontracting performance trends and charts. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related experience; or minimum of 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree - Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Effective time management and prioritization skills - Data analytics and attention to detail - Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, ERP system - Advanced degree (MS/MBA/JD) - Relevant industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS - Relevant industry certifications
