We're looking for an Assistant Residential Manager to become the trusted right hand to our Residential Manager. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with an experienced leader, learning the ropes while still making a big impact every day in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on program site)
+ Additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential
Compensation varies by location (program site), with hourly rates ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour. Employees working weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) will receive an additional $2.00 per hour.

What You'll Do
General Purpose: Support the Residential Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at a residential site for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure quality services, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and promote independence and community inclusion for residents.
