Founded in 2010, they specialize in auto, home, and all types of business insurance. As a sales producer, you will work with in house accounts, selling and writing personal and commercial insurance policies. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, develop relationships with clients, be able to stay organized and meet deadlines. **General Responsibilities:** + Online quotes + Issuing/Filing policies + ID cards + Submissions + Sales calls + Information gathering and data entry + Billing **What we offer:** + W2 base salary paid bi-weekly plus monthly commissions + Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ 401k with employer match + Paid holidays, 9+ PTO days, Sick days and more + All leads are provided **Skills and qualifications:** + 3+ years of career experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, customer service and policy administration background at an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency. + Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and listening skills + Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce, QQCatalyst, AMS360 is a plus + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) **Base salary:** $50k - $75k with average commission of $8k - $10k/month.
