Description Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle accounts payable including coding, batching, and entering invoices + Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices + Process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner + Maintain accurate AP files and documentation + Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues + Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with month-end closing + Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policies and contractual terms + Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed Requirements Requirements: + 3+ years of experience in accounts payable + Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures + Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred) + Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle) + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Please send resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf.cm or call 305-504-5029 Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
