CRITERIA
It's not required, but certification from a service advisor class or training would be preferred. Automotive repair knowledge would also be a plus. Here are the minimum qualifications to get started:
YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR AUTO REPAIR SERVICE ADVISOR
This position works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Get ready to speak with customers, answer their questions, and connect them with our excellent automotive services! This role is the bridge between our technicians and our customers, and you ensure all needs and expectations are clearly communicated between them. You talk to customers about their vehicle issues, pass this information to the techs, and keep the client updated on their vehicle's status. Your efforts ensure every day at our shop is a smooth one!
