Parkwood Village Apartments has an exciting opportunity! We are in search of a positive and dependable housekeeper who will be cross-trained to assist in the Leasing Office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning apartment community common areas
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and community residents and guests
• At times, assigned to work in Leasing Office (training on the job will be provided)
• All other duties as assigned

This position is full-time with some weekends as scheduled.
