Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, aligning internal resources, managing risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to meet quality, schedule, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects or initiatives as part of an overall program, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
- Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints; proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule
- Track project expenses against budgets to support financial analysis and cost control
- Utilize project management tools (Microsoft Project required; AirTable preferred) to track project details, assignments, schedules, and resources
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary project coordination point between the customer, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, installation team and leadership
- Work with team managers to improve project efficiency and execution
- Drive accountability across teams and escalate issues with recommended solutions
Meetings, Communication & Reporting
- Prepare for and lead project meetings, including status updates and reviews
- Provide clear, concise project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Track and report progress, risks, action items, and schedule impacts
- Translate technical details into high-level summaries for non-technical audiences
Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Interface with customers and internal teams to support project scheduling, milestones, and expectations
- Support customer-facing communication related to project timelines when applicable
- Provide feedback to sales to support pricing adjustments on future projects
Process Improvement
- Help define, improve, and standardize project management processes and tools
- Ensure consistency in how projects are planned, tracked, and reported
Travel
- Occasional travel, up to 25%, to customer project sites
- Any required tools or personal protective equipment will be provided by Cubiscan
Other Duties
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned or reasonably necessary
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing projects or programs in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Preferred
- 5 Years' experience in project management
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-driven organization
- Familiarity with project/program management tools
- Experience working closely with engineering and operations teams
