Client Innovation Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Client Innovation Associate Manager in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:
+ Manage day-to-day project needs and ensure that the team is on track to meet project milestones.
+ Develop an experimentation-led methodology to solve client innovation challenges.
+ Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative primary research to capture insights that inform recommendations.
+ Leverage primary and secondary research findings to identify and articulate compelling business opportunities.
+ Develop a comprehensive plan and create stimulating content for ideation workshops.
+ Facilitate client touchpoints, ideation workshops and recommendation presentations.
+ Craft compelling and engaging deliverable decks to share insights gathered during project and recommended solutions.
+ Develop thought leadership content, Point of Views (POVs) and approach for new business pitches and proposals.
+ Develop the skills of junior team members on projects, through providing constructive feedback on content, and providing guidance on new or unfamiliar content types.
+ Accurately scope and cost projects in real-time, ensuring profitability.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Management, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Designing and leading design-thinking sessions with C-Suite audiences;
+ Designing and conducting consumer and end-user testing using Recollective, Dscout, or Remesh to recruit, run, and analyze qualitative and quantitative primary research;
+ Analyzing data, interviewing key stakeholders, and providing recommendations to senior executive leadership;
+ Creating detailed and actionable work plans including providing innovation strategy recommendations to create practical and tangible roadmaps for implementation;
+ Leveraging Machine Learning and AI tools including OpenAI, Dall-e, or Perplexity.ai for process acceleration and solution design;
+ Supporting the development of final recommendations and deliverables, including providing recommendations to c-suite and executive clients as well as internal leadership; and
+ Partnering with designers to review new products, services, and business models and identifying critical functionality, UX elements, and key assumptions for testing and iterating.
Must have 1 year of experience in designing customer experiences, customer experience measurements, and segmentation of customers or channel partners.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
