Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We now have a national presence spanning coast to coast. We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. Summary:

This position is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, maximizing the performance, and expected longevity of motorized equipment in accordance with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This position requires travel to various geographical locations to support the RQ owned equipment.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Knowledge of heavy equipment, machines and tools, including their designs,
  uses, repair, and maintenance. This includes Tier 3 and Tier 4 equipment understanding.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services,
  including client, client needs assessment, meeting quality standards and communication
  for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote
  effective safety and security operations for the protection of people.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning
  and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar to assist in technical writing
  and correspondence.
• Demonstrates complex problem solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate alternative
  solution identification, implementation, and monitoring that is creative and original.
• Ability to listen and communicate information through spoken and written words so that
  others will understand.
• Demonstrates an attention to detail to ensure the thorough completion of work tasks.
• Demonstrates trustworthiness in all aspects of position and seeks to build trust between
  all team members.

Education & Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED and Vocational Certification are the minimum formal
  education requirements for this position. An Associates degree in diesel technology is a
  "plus".
• Five (5) or more years' experience with heavy equipment repair/maintenance (Tier 3 and
  Tier 4 equipment understanding) required.

Benefits:

Pay: $ 6.50 ph

• 15 days of paid vacation per year, entitled to be taken after completing 2 year's.

• Paid leave after 2 years of service of accrued time up to 30 days paid, and an additional 30 days unpaid between contracts (if desired).

• Company paid travel between job location and point-of-hire.

• 6 sick days per year
