• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate department or associate.\n\t
• Maintain courteous communication with internal associates and company drivers.\n\t
• Oversee the accurate inventory of equipment.\n\t
• Control gate access across all locations nationally\n\t
• Analyze and react to remote gate video surveillance.\n\t
• Handle and resolve security alarms promptly.\n\t
• Guide associates on adhering to security policies and procedures.\n\t
• Handle confidential business information with utmost discretion to ensure confidentiality is maintained.\n

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.\n\t
• 1+ years of previous customer service, business, or related experience.\n\t
• Previous security, loss prevention, or criminal justice training is a plus.\n\t
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.\n\t
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\t
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.\n\t
• Ability to review and monitor video monitors for extended periods.\n
