In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, overseeing financial processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of account-related activities. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related matters. - Oversee financial processes, including billing, budgeting, and accounting functions, to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to manage client data and track account performance effectively. - Coordinate campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational objectives. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve account performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and address client needs in a timely manner. - Monitor and manage account activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting progress and addressing any concerns. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
