**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The general production worker will be working in the laminating department where they will be responsible for attaching laminate to cabinet and counter surfaces, ensuring they are well-aligned and free of defects. The role involves using a thin plastic laminate roll and spraying glue from a gun to achieve a flawless finish. **Responsibilities** + Attach laminate to cabinet and counter surfaces. + Ensure laminated surfaces are aligned and free of defects. + Follow basic instructions and guidelines. + Use basic hand tools, tape measures, air tools, and small hand tools. + Demonstrate willingness to learn and improve skills. + Exhibit mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail to identify bubbles or alignment issues. + Basic math skills. + Experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to accurately read a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Lamination experience is preferred. + Experience in carpentry, cabinet making, or assembly. **Why Work Here** This position offers an entry-level opportunity to learn and grow within the cabinetry field, with potential to advance to installation work. The hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility required for longer hours and occasional Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
