YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As a bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will spend your time answering phones and text messages, calling clients for follow-ups, and entering data into our CRM. You will be engaged in creating and updating customer profiles, uploading photos and sending documents, as well as handling social media posts. Coordinating with employees to schedule job repairs. Additionally, you will support the team with any small projects as needed!
