Manages resources efficiently to optimize operational performance. Educates team members on the financial impacts of patient care to enhance their understanding and decision-making. Interprets benchmarking, financial, and occupancy data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicates strategic plans clearly to align all stakeholders with organizational goals. Achieves objectives by setting measurable targets and monitoring progress. Leads improvements by identifying opportunities and implementing changes. Develops business plans to guide the organization towards its strategic goals. Escalates needs to leadership to address critical issues and resource requirements. Analyzes care delivery to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Acts as a change agent by promoting and facilitating organizational change.
