Fleet:
- Ford Transits & Dodge Promasters with performance-load
- 2 type three units with power-load
Responsibilities:
- Administer emergency medical care and first aid
- Safe Ambulance operation to locations as directed
- Coordinate with first responders and medical staff
- Assess and prioritize patient treatment
- Immobilize and transport patients safely
- Operate life support and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain documentation and reports (ePCR software)
- Sanitize ambulance and equipment post-transport
- Maintain vehicle and notify of equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to medical protocols, health, and safety standards
- Continuous training and skill enhancement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Texas EMT certification
- BLS certification
- Valid Driver's license and good driving record
Physical Demands:
- Lift/carry up to 150 pounds (300 with assistance)
- Bend, stoop, climb, and crawl across uneven terrain
- Handle high-stress situations with flashing lights, loud noises, extreme temperatures, low light, or confined spaces
Supervisory Role:
- There is no supervisory responsibility in this role.
