Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, from campaign development and digital strategy to budget management and team leadership. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Lead content development, including promotional materials, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing initiatives that support revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and ROI tracking.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged hours of standing at company events.
  • Travel for events, meetings, or conferences.

Work Environment:

  • In-person position with off-site meetings and event participation.
  • Typical hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm but must have flexibility to accommodate off-site events outside of these hours.
