Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Niceville, FL (with service throughout the Florida Panhandle)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, resolve, and consult on residential and light commercial HVAC issues. The right candidate combines technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and solution-oriented sales skills to drive client satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose HVAC system problems and implement appropriate repairs
• Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options to clients in a professional, consultative manner
• Recommend and upsell IAQ products, smart thermostats, and other system enhancements where appropriate
• Maintain clear, accurate job records via ServiceTitan including estimates, invoices, and client communications
• Perform system maintenance inspections as needed
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, service managers, and customers
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, efficiency, and client care
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized workspaces

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to present solutions clearly
• Comfort using ServiceTitan or other service management platforms
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification or equivalent advanced certifications
• Successful history of system replacement presentations and IAQ sales
• Familiarity with inverter systems, zoning, and smart home integrations
