Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting and optimizing enterprise systems to meet business needs, with a focus on Infor solutions and related technologies. The position is based in Davenport, Iowa. Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Infor ERP and CRM systems. - Collaborate with business teams to identify and document requirements for system enhancements. - Configure and customize Infor solutions to align with organizational needs. - Assist in the integration of multiple Infor systems and ensure seamless functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. - Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective system use. - Stay updated on the latest features and updates within the Infor suite and related technologies. - Support cloud-based technologies and assist in their implementation where necessary. - Evaluate and implement APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows. - Participate in occasional onsite meetings to collaborate with internal teams Requirements - Proven experience working with Infor ERP and CRM systems. - Familiarity with multiple Infor solutions from a support perspective. - Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and cloud technologies. - Experience with API development and integration projects. - Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation. - Ability to create and manage configuration management plans. - Strong understanding of Microsoft tools and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
