Lowcountry Male is an upscale concierge medical practice seeking a compassionate and results-driven Patient Advocate with sales experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. Responsibilities:
- Patient Outreach: Actively reach out to potential patients through various channels (phone, email, in-person, gyms, wellness fairs) to educate them about our services and address their healthcare needs.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique situation, including their medical history, and financial constraints.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, and other relevant parties to streamline the patient's care journey and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Advocacy: Champion the patient's best interests by advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
- Sales and Conversion: Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential patients, build rapport, and convert them into satisfied clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, outcomes, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance plans, and medical terminology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
