**Overview** **Job Summary Details** : The ABM Facilities Construction position performs general maintenance for Mercury Marine at the Fond du Lac campus plants and associated Wisconsin plants. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Completes work orders utilizing Mercury's computerized maintenance management system. · Performs basic trade work in one or more trades (light construction, door and door hardware, patching and painting walls). · Repair walls, ceilings and other surfaces, which include painting, repair holes, scrapes and other minor surface damage. · Operate a variety of maintenance equipment including drills and a variety of hand and power tools; operate a fork lift and powered industrial truck (PIT). · Performs snow removal duties using plow vehicles and equipment. · Performs preventative maintenance on the Facilities pool vehicles · Performs other job-related duties assigned by Mercury Project Manager or ABM Supervisor. *Job duties and responsibilities may be modified at any time **Job Requirements** · Valid driver's license · Operate a forklift/pallet jack · Ability to use knowledge of operation, maintenance, and construction to maintain building efficiencies; · Comprehensive knowledge of specific methods, practices and tools related to facilities and systems maintenance; · Ability to effectively schedule, organize, coordinate, perform work, and adhere to safety measures and procedures under stress and within pressing deadlines. · Ability to work flexible hours determined by operational and building needs. · Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a diverse environment. · Must be able to perform all the above job duties REQNUMBER: 123123 ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
