**Engineering Technician** **Location:** Mount Pleasant, WI **Employment Type:** Direct Hire **Shifts Available:** 2nd & 3rd Shift **Pay Rate:** $24-28/hour (based on experience) **Job Summary** We are seeking an **Engineering Technician** to support electronics manufacturing operations by optimizing test processes, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and maintaining advanced test equipment. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient, reliable testing of PCBA products in a high?volume manufacturing environment.
