Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in assisting the sales team by managing essential processes and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Provide accurate and timely support to the sales team, including managing inquiries and resolving issues. - Handle inbound calls effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. - Utilize CRM and ERP systems to maintain and update customer and sales data. - Assist with configuring price quotes (CPQ) and ensuring accuracy in billing functions. - Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow. - Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support sales strategies. - Ensure timely and accurate communication across departments to address client needs. - Monitor and manage financial transactions related to sales activities. - Support the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions. Requirements - Proven experience in sales support or a related role. - Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, including configuration and management. - Strong understanding of financial services and billing processes. - Ability to create and manage configure price quotes (CPQ). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with auditing and ensuring compliance. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
