Job Description: We are seeking a Job Captain or Project Architect with 3-6 years of experience to support a variety of project types, including community, religious, K-12, multifamily, office, and other work. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help. This role requires a creative problem solver who can take a task and run with it-completing assigned work, thinking critically, and making thoughtful recommendations. Work Environment: This firm is based in Greenwood Village, CO and offers a hybrid work schedule, with remote work on Fridays and an additional 4 hours of flexible time each week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
