The Whistler Conference Centre, in Whistler Canada, is North America's largest and most visited four-season mountain resort. Located in the Coastal Mountains of British Columbia, less than two hours north of Vancouver, Whistler offers over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain, two interconnected mountains (Whistler and Blackcomb), and a renowned pedestrian village that hosts millions of guests annually.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all operational and strategic Food & Beverage functions at our Whistler Conference Centre. The GM will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving business performance, and fostering a high-performing, safety-focused team culture. This role oversees all details of the operation, including food & beverage, retail, human resources and finance.
