Independence Rehab is actively hiring a full-time PT to provide evaluations and supervisory visits at our outpatient therapy clinics located inside assisted living communities throughout Western Washington-from Tacoma to Bellingham. You'll visit nearby facilities in person and support others via telehealth, depending on your location and availability.

Provide PT evaluations and supervisory visits for outpatient clients in assisted living
Guide and support PTAs as needed
Deliver personalized treatment plans for a range of conditions, including occasional medically complex cases
Promote mobility, fall prevention, strength training, and safe transfers
Collaborate with caregivers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Flexible, autonomous schedule with both in-person and telehealth options
$750/year continuing education allowance (for approved courses)

Current Washington State PT license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with the senior population
Experience supervising PTAs
Preferred: 1+ year in skilled nursing or senior rehab-though we welcome all passionate and competent therapists!
