Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance and logistics industry. We are looking for a Sales Executive in our Kansas City/St. Louis, MO area, to join our thriving organization. We provide financing for inventory and transportation to independently owned dealerships across the country. The Sales Executive works to grow the business with new clients and attends weekly auction sales. The Sales Executive can earn additional income be helping dealerships schedule vehicle transport and provide warranties for dealerships to sell to consumers.

A Sales Executive with Floorplan Xpress will spend 95% of their time in the field, working directly with prospective customers at their business locations. Successful employees in this position will be good with people, comfortable not being tied to a desk, and able to remain organized even though constantly on the road. The Sales Executive will visit potential Dealer customers to generate leads, establish appointments, complete loan applications, gather and process required documents, and other necessary functions related to the sales process.

A qualified Sales Executive will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in the automotive industry, financial services or B2B.

Tired of being a 100% commission employee, but love the commission? You can have the best of both worlds in this position. Earn a base salary, but add commission to make what you want through two different avenues. You will be a full-time employee of Floorplan Xpress, and will sell products from another companies to make even more commission.

Base Salary - $5,000.00/month. 

Two great commission opportunities to earn extra money:

  • Signing dealers up to use our floor plan financing.
  • Signing dealers up to use transport, paid per unit transported. (Trailers Direct Express 1099 pay)

Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report. We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background, MVR and drug testing.
