Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating a vareity clients coming to us looking for Commercial Litigation Paralegals with great experience. We reguarly work with both law firms and sophisticated in house legal departments.

Even though compensation ranges are going to be candidate specific based on one's experience and credentials we expect salary ranges to be anywhere from $65,000 to the low/mid $80,000 range. 

Many of our clients offer very competitive salaries, full benefits packages and very resonable annual billable hour requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of litigation experience preferred

  2. Proactive, flexible, with excellent organizational and communication skills

  3. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and legal case management software

  4. Bachelors Degree and or an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate.

    Duties:

    Managing litigation matters from start to finish

    Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.

    Handling discovery and document production

    Summarizing depositions, ordering medical records and summarizing medical records.

    Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case management

    Conducting legal research as assigned

    Other tasks as assigned

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
