**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a** **Sandwich Shop Manager** **:**
+ Completes and posts the staff work schedules
+ Maintains business records as outlined in the Operations Manual
+ Analyzes business records to increase sales
+ Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff
+ Supports local and national marketing initiatives
+ Plans special events and promotions
+ Recruits, rewards, disciplines and terminates staff as needed
+ Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
**Job requirements:**
+ High school diloma or equivalent
+ A minimum of two (2) years in QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
+ Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
+ Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
+ Must have the ability to work a minimum of 45 to 60 hours a week
