Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Training Manager to lead and oversee all marketing and training initiatives for our manufacturer's representative firm specializing in HVAC equipment. This role is integral to our brand's growth and customer engagement strategy and will play a critical role in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives, developing impactful training programs, and driving overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership & Execution
- Oversee all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and event/trade show coordination.
- Manage and maintain the company website, including updates to featured projects, landing pages for new product lines, and timely blog/news articles showcasing product and installation solutions.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date Line Card, ensuring all new products and updates are accurately reflected.
- Produce and distribute quarterly external newsletters and monthly marketing engagement updates, highlighting product innovations, training opportunities, and key company news.
- Collaborate with factories to coordinate and optimize Marketing Co-ops, enhancing brand exposure and partnership value.
- Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with brand awareness and sales growth targets.
Training & Development
- Collaborate with internal teams and factory partners to build, deliver, and manage effective training programs for internal staff and external partners.
- Coordinate upcoming training events, ensuring high visibility and participation through various marketing channels.
- Support employee onboarding by partnering with HR and preparing CAVH-branded welcome packets and training resources.
- Design and implement internal training initiatives, working closely with Product Development and Sales to align content with business goals.
- Drive a culture of learning and development through quarterly internal newsletters, employee celebration initiatives, and continuous training engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the Product Development Team to ensure marketing initiatives align with evolving product offerings and sales strategies.
- Conduct and apply research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to uncover new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all touchpoints and communications, internally and externally.
Ideal Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience with digital platforms, CRM tools, and content management systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with co-op marketing practices and manufacturer relationships.
- Knowledge of HVAC or related mechanical systems is a strong plus.
