Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Analyst to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and operational functions, ensuring seamless processes and optimized business performance. This role requires a proactive approach to managing quotes, partner engagement workflows, and operational tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals to support sales deals.
- Coordinate partner-related processes, including work authorizations and purchase orders, to streamline operations.
- Maintain and enhance operational trackers and spreadsheets for monitoring business metrics and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, procurement, and finance to align objectives.
- Provide administrative and operational support, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Optimize processes for partner engagement and procurement workflows to improve efficiency.
- Utilize internal systems like Oracle, Apptus, and Clarity to manage data and operational tasks.
- Contribute to capacity management and operational scorecard metrics to assess and improve team performance.
- Implement Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to support quoting and deal management.
- Assist in the development and management of SharePoint-based tools for operational tracking. Requirements - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or business support roles.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems such as Oracle, Apptus, and Clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset for solving operational challenges.
- Familiarity with partner engagement processes and purchase order workflows.
- Experience supporting global sales teams is preferred.
- Understanding of procurement and work authorization workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and SharePoint-based systems is highly desirable.
