ARISE/EFR is adding to our Open Doors program. We are currently looking for a Peer Outreach Specialist. The position is a part-time, non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $16.00-$18.00 based on experience.

A Peer Outreach Specialist will provide support to individuals transitioning from skilled nursing facilities and/or intermediate care facilities to independent living in the community.
