For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and manage the efficient flow of taxis and drivers. - Receive calls, determine the suitable taxi availability, and direct taxis to customer locations. - Communicate with dispatch staff to arrange for taxis to be dispatched immediately or at a specified time. - Manage dispatching operations such as making sure vehicles have gas and oil to keep them running. - Track taxi activity to ensure that vehicles are dispatched in accordance with local laws and regulations. - Coordinate with taxi companies to provide service to special events and conventions. - Maintain communication with taxi drivers to ensure they reach customers quickly or punctually. - Track driver activity to ensure they take efficient routes and follow all traffic laws and regulations. - Use modern routing software in order to develop, alter, and optimize delivery routes. - Effectively communicate and serve as the liaison between drivers and customers. - Remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.
