What You'll Do
As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of assigned residential remodels and new build projects. You'll be the face of the project to clients, trade partners, and team members-balancing precision, timeline, and budget, while ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects ranging from $250K to $2M+, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases
• Coordinate trade partners, vendors, inspectors, and consultants to meet project milestones
• Maintain and manage project schedules (Gantt/CPM) and budgets with weekly updates
• Issue, track, and manage Subcontracts (SCs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Change Orders (COs)
• Serve as the primary client point of contact-leading regular meetings and updates
• Uphold quality control, safety standards, and local building code compliance
• Use construction software tools to document progress and track key metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (luxury or custom home focus preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, detail-intensive projects independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills-organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
• Familiarity with South Florida construction regulations, vendors, and permitting processes
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or equivalent)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
